Venus in Taurus

Venus stands on her own ground here, and the quality shows in the simplest gestures. Affection is delivered physically and practically: a meal cooked properly, a hand on the back of the neck, the good chair given up without comment. Words are not the medium. The difficulty of the placement is inertia: an arrangement that has stopped being good is kept going for years simply because it is the arrangement, and dismantling it would disturb everything.
