1. Match the Style, Not the Letter

The "Kardashian Effect" (all names starting with K) is a commitment. Instead, match the genre.

• If Child #1 is Arthur (Classic): Go for Eleanor, not Blaze.
• If Child #1 is River (Nature): Go for Willow, not Robert.

2. Check the Endings

Try to avoid names that rhyme. It gets confusing in the house.

• Avoid: Aiden and Jayden.
• Avoid: Lily and Millie.
• Good: Aiden and Lucas.
• Good: Lily and June.

3. The Popularity Balance

If your first child is named Emma (Top 10), naming your second child Hortense (unranked) creates an imbalance. One might feel "normal" and the other "weird." Try to stay in the same popularity bracket.
